Hatherley Crescent 1

A full-scale luxury home renovation designed for modern living. This project includes a substantial gable-end loft extension, a complete upgrade of the hot and cold water systems, and a newly installed high-efficiency combination boiler relocated within the loft. The interior features a contemporary kitchen and a statement main bathroom with a corner bath, floor-integrated spotlights, and a walk-in shower with glass screen and concealed fittings. Completing the transformation is a high-spec outdoor cabin & fire pit area with its own en-suite toilet, basin, and electric shower—adding flexible, fully serviced extra living space to the home.

Hatherley Crescent 2 

A second luxury transformation on the same road, delivered with the same attention to detail and build quality. This home features a large gable-end loft extension, a modern fitted kitchen, and a dedicated utility area complete with its own kitchen sink for added functionality. A high-spec shower room forms a standout feature, finished with Calypso fittings and a Mira Decor Dual electric shower, combining clean stand-out design with everyday performance. The project also includes a combination boiler, professionally relocated into the loft, completing a fully modernised and efficient home.

Hatherley Crescent 3

The third luxury renovation on this road continues the same bold gable-end extension design, paired with refined upgrades throughout the home. A newly fitted modern kitchen is enhanced with an instantaneous kettle tap and a large corner larder, combining contemporary convenience with practical storage. Externally, hot and cold outside taps are installed on a blending valve, delivering a constant, perfectly controlled temperature—ideal for filling swimming pools, washing muddy boots, or cleaning four-legged companions.

The main bathroom is a standout feature, finished with a large corner shower, a freestanding corner bath, and a striking pink glass basin set on a wall-hung curved unit, complemented by a large LED mirror, completing this carefully planned, high-end home transformation.

Bursledon

A bold and refined guest bathroom designed with both style and accessibility in mind. This space features a black concealed shower, slate-effect anti-slip shower tray, and a sleek black shower screen, paired with a wall-hung floating basin, matching wall-hung unit, and black tap and trap for a seamless, contemporary finish.

Created as a new downstairs guest bathroom, the project also included ceiling re-tacking and full plastering, improving comfort and accessibility for elderly family members while delivering a striking, modern addition to the home.

Farm - Park Q Development

This Park Q development involved the removal of an existing barn structure and its replacement with a contemporary open-plan living pavilion, designed to sit confidently within its surroundings. Conceived as a flexible, light-filled space, the new build incorporates a fully integrated kitchen alongside two elegantly detailed bathrooms—one with a refined corner shower, the other featuring a P-shaped bath with integrated shower.

The building is serviced by a pressurised hot water cylinder and an air source heat pump, providing efficient, low-carbon heating and hot water to support modern living standards. The result is a refined, high-quality living environment that balances architectural clarity, functionality, and long-term sustainability with astonishing views.

Queens Crescent 

A high-end loft conversion with rear dormer, creating a spacious new level with 2 bedrooms and an upstairs toilet and basin. The home features a refined mix of stylish column radiators and an elegant towel rail, alongside a repositioned combination boiler, new soil stack, and a relocated front entrance with a new front door — delivering a sleek, modern finish throughout.

Completed with a re-weathered roof and upgraded double glazing, this Hayling Island houseboat now combines durability and elegance for life on the water.

A hilltop home transformed with bespoke craftsmanship. Featuring a kitchen and rear extension with a utility area, shower cubicle, toilet and a sleek round basin with freestanding tap. Custom-made shelving and a dining table crafted from salvaged timber bring character and sustainability to the space. Zoned underfloor heating ensures every corner remains perfectly comfortable, complemented by elegant herringbone tiling throughout the utility room.
